Dr Adam Friedman is professor and interim chair of dermatology and serves as residency program director, director of translational research, and director of the supportive oncodermatology program in the department of dermatology at The George Washington University School of Medicine & Health Sciences in Washington, DC.

Dr Sauder was instrumental in developing the field of cutaneous cytokine biology by identifying the role of certain immune system molecules, interleukins, and cytokines in inflammatory skin diseases and tumors. He has authored more than 200 peer-reviewed publications and is the recipient of numerous national and international awards.

Dr LeBoit is a professor of pathology and dermatology at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), where he has been a full-time faculty member since 1985. He founded the UCSF Dermatopathology Service in 1987, which he currently co-directs with Dr Timothy McCalmont. He has served as editor in chief of the American Journal of Dermatopathology, as president of the International Society of Dermatopathology, and as a co-editor of Seminars in Cutaneous Medicine and Surgery.
