Case Report
A 73-year-old African American man presented with a dark keratotic plaque on the anterior surface of his ear (Figure 1). He also had white patches with central erythematous areas on his face and scalp that had been present for several years. His skin lesions were intermittently pruritic. He had not been febrile nor did he have any arthralgias or myalgias. A biopsy was performed.
